These terms govern your use of Bridge Code, operated by Aside: bridge-code.com, the Mac, Windows and iPhone apps, the web app, and the accounts, device network and relay servers that come with them. In these terms, “we” means Aside and “the service” means Bridge Code.
1Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
2What the service is
Bridge Code is an app for managing Claude Code sessions and files across several PCs in one place. Its main features are:
- Starting Claude Code sessions on each PC, using them through chat or a terminal, and answering permission requests
- Using sessions, files, terminals, open ports and the screen of your other PCs remotely through a device network that links your devices
- Signing in on the website to use your PCs through an end-to-end encrypted relay
- Managing your account, approval and plan
Sessions run on your own PCs. We don’t operate your PCs for you, and we don’t receive or store your code, conversations or files.
3Accounts and approval
- You sign up with an email address or a Google account. Give accurate information, and don’t let anyone else use your account.
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and tell us right away.
- New accounts start as pending. Features for using your other devices remotely open once an administrator approves the account. We decide whether and when to approve based on how the service is running, and we may decline.
4Plans
The plans are currently:
- Free (This PC only): Multiple sessions, in chat or terminal, File tree with changed lines marked, Permission requests as buttons.
- Pro (All your PCs, from anywhere, by request for now): Everything in Free, Remote sessions and remote file management, Remote terminals and open ports, Use it right from the website, Alerts and approvals on your phone, Remote desktop.
- Team (Work together as a team, coming soon): Everything in Pro, Share sessions with teammates, Review permission requests together. It can’t be selected yet.
We don’t charge for any plan right now. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll announce prices and conditions in advance and charge only if you choose a paid plan.
Each plan has limits, such as how many devices you can connect, shown in My account. Features and limits may change; if a change works against you, we’ll tell you in advance.
5Your PCs, your data and Claude Code
- What you run on your PCs and the data on them belong to you, and you are responsible for them. Only connect PCs you are allowed to use.
- To use Claude Code you need your own access to it (such as an Anthropic account), and you must follow Anthropic’s terms and policies.
- Bridge Code is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.
- What Claude Code does on your PC (running commands, editing files and so on) happens within what you allow. Check permission requests before you answer them. If you turn on the setting that skips permission checks, you are responsible for the results.
- Keep your own backups of important data.
6Your responsibilities and prohibited use
You may not:
- Access devices, accounts or networks you are not authorized to use, or use the service to try to
- Use someone else’s account, or share your account with others
- Break the law, infringe the rights of others, or spread malware
- Attack or overload the service (the website, device network or relay servers), or get around its security measures, plan limits or approval process
- Resell the service or offer it to others commercially without our permission
- Create accounts by automated means or with false information
If breaking these rules causes harm to us or others, you are responsible for it.
7Availability and changes
- We work to keep the service running, but it may stop or slow down because of maintenance, outages or issues at outside services (such as Supabase, Vercel, Microsoft Azure, Google and Anthropic).
- We may add, change or end features. If a change significantly affects you, we’ll tell you in advance.
- Features offered as a beta, like the iPhone app, may change or stop without notice.
- If we shut down the whole service, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.
8No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will work without interruption or errors, or that it fits a particular purpose. We also don’t promise that results produced by Claude Code or other outside tools are correct.
9Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data related to the service.
- We are not liable for damage caused by actions you allowed to run on your PCs, by failing to secure your devices or account, or by outages at outside services.
- This section does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
10Restrictions, suspension and account deletion
- If you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, an administrator may suspend your account, withdraw its approval or disconnect your devices. Unless it’s urgent, we’ll tell you first; you can object at contact@aside.ai.kr.
- A suspended account can sign in but can’t use the features that need an account, and its device network stops.
- You can delete your account at any time from Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, a device network used only by you and its devices, and your list of website PCs. The app and your conversations and files stay on each PC.
- How account data is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
11Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we post what changes and when it takes effect on this page at least 7 days in advance. For changes that work against you, we give 30 days’ notice and also email you. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then.
- October 2, 2026: first version
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at contact@aside.ai.kr and we’ll work in good faith to resolve it. If that doesn’t resolve it, it will be settled by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
